JANUARY 9, 2017 – Alisa Home and Marcato are proud to announce that they are partnering for a ‘Pasta Lovers’ giveaway. One winner will receive a bundle of kitchen gear for pasta lovers.

According to Alisa Home, the bundle will include several items hand-picked for pasta enthusiasts. The giveaway bundle will include a made-in-Italy food mill, Alisa Home’s latest product, as well as an e-book with recipe ideas, a pasta machine from Italy-based Marcato, the Amazon best-selling book Making Artisan Pasta by Aliza Green, and a set of olive wood utensils.

Alisa Home’s new food mill features three stainless steel discs that offer various textures for sauces, soups, fillings, and more, as well as premium, BPA-free materials and an innovative design.

The Ampia 150 Chrome pasta machine from Marcato, which is also included in the giveaway bundle, was the company’s first model. It can make lasagna, fettuccine, and tagliolini. It offers a 10-position regulating knob, anodized aluminum alloy rollers, and chrome-plated steel.
